I Just head on over here to print a mail-in rebate form for a FREE 5 quart bottle of G-Oil 5W-30 Bio-Based Full Synthetic green motor oil (a $26 value)!! Just head over to Walmart (or any store that carries this product) to purchase this motor oil by September 17th, mail the original rebate form, the UPC barcode removed from the product’s back label, and your original dated store identified cash register receipt (no photocopies allowed) to the address listed on the rebate form.
