Here’s an example of what you can do when you shop with coupons & follow the deals we highlight for you here at My Dallas Mommy. Lezlie scored all of these items for pennies on the dollar and pocketed Extra Bucks at CVS and Register Rewards at Walgreens to boot!

Family Dollar:
Cover Girl Queen line – prices run from $1 to $5
Use the $1/1 Covergirl queen collection coupon (9/11 paper) or check your coupon stash there are lots of coupons for Cover Girl and most say “on any product” and get the $1 items for FREE!
Purchased:
2 Tweezers – $1 each
2 Toe Separators – $1 each
1 5″ Sapphire Nail File – $1 each
1 Toe Nail Clipper – $1
1 Fingernail Clipper- $1
2 Nail Smoothers – $1.50 each
1 Tootsie Roll – on sale for .80
The products totaled $10.80 – after coupons my total was $.87

Harbor Freight
1 package of peg hooks $1.29
1 Multi Purpose Scissors $4.99 (Used store coupon and received these free with any purchase) These coupons can be found in just about every Sunday circular.
Products totaled $6.28 – after coupons my total was $1.40

Walmart
3 Operation games regular price is $12.97 – I price matched using the Big Lots ad for $5- use the $4/1 mfg. coupons (www.coupons.com, www.hasbro.com or www.target.com – no longer available)
Products totaled $38.91 – after price match and coupons I paid $3.25

Walgreens:
Blistex Cold and Allergy Soothing Lip Balm – $2 get $2 register reward
3 Trident gums- on sale for .79 with in ad coupon- use the .50/2 coupon in the Walgreens Sept. coupon booklet and the $1/3 mfg. coupon – net cost is .87 or .29 a package
Revelon Age Defying Concealer – $9.99 on sale for $5.99
Revelon Age Defying Cream Make up – $14.99 on sale for $8.99 – use the walgreens $2/1 coupon (7/24 paper) comes off twice and 2 $5/1 from Sunday’s smart source – out of pocket cost is .98 – receive a $3 register reward – net cost is $2.02 Profit.
Products totaled $30.85 – after coupons and a $3 register reward from last week, I paid $0 and I received a $3 register reward.

CVS
Candy Corn or Fall Mix- .99 – receive .99 extra bucks – net cost is FREE
2 Revlon Lip Colors- reg. $6.49 on sale for $5.99 – used $1/1 mfg. coupon (expired 9/18) – receive $5 in extra bucks – net cost is .49 each
Products totaled $13.97 – after coupons and $10 in register rewards I paid $2.13 and received $10.99 in extra bucks.

The regular purchase price of everything combined was $100.81 – I paid a total of $7.65 and received $15.99 in extra bucks and register rewards.
