Famous Ro-Tel Dip Recipe AND MORE!

Are you having a SUPER BOWL party??  If you’re looking for a bargain appetizer, mix up some yummy Rotel dip! If you want some really inexpensive dip you can always leave out the meat – either way you’ll have a great bargain dish to share.

Here’s what you’ll need. . .
1 lb. ground beef or sausage
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel
1 (16 oz.) Velveeta

Crumble ground beef or sausage and cook over medium heat until browned. Drain any fat. Slice Velveeta and add to beef or sausage, cook until cheese is melted. Stir in tomatoes. Keep warm in crock pot, and serve with tortilla chips.
