The Children’s Aquarium at Fair Park admission is just $5 during the State Fair of Texas.
The aquarium is located just off the Midway, and admission is $5 for everyone ages 3 and up. Kids 2 and younger are always Free. (Regular prices are $8 for ages 12-64 and $6 for ages 3-11 and 65+.) Be among the first to meet the new baby bonnethead sharks born in August!
The Aquarium offers daily feeding demonstrations at 2:30 p.m. Visitors can feed cownose stingrays daily. The public feeding demonstration schedule is:
Sundays: Sharks at Stingray Bay
Mondays: Moray eel and spiny lobsters at the Nearshore Gallery
Tuesdays: American alligators and alligator snapping turtle at the Freshwater Gallery
Wednesdays: Sharks at Stingray Bay
Thursdays: Sea turtle at the Shore Gallery
Fridays: Sharks at Stingray Bay
Saturdays: Piranhas at the Freshwater Gallery
The Children’s Aquarium at Fair Park will be open from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. during the State Fair of Texas. (Visitors arriving before 6:30 p.m. may remain until 7 p.m.) The Aquarium is located at 1462 First Ave. For more information, call (496) 554-7340 or visitChildrensAquariumAtFairPark.
